About the Role
We're hiring a Consultant to join our team and work directly with clients on high-impact strategy engagements. You'll help clients navigate complex decisions, conduct rigorous analysis, and deliver insights that shape their direction for years to come.

Responsibilities
- Support and lead strategy engagements from scoping through delivery
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
- Develop frameworks and recommendations for client leadership teams
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and reports
- Collaborate with senior team members on client relationship management
- Contribute to internal firm initiatives and business development

Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or a related analytical role
- Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
