About This Role

We are looking for a Fundraising Partner to join our remote team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fundraising efforts and building strong relationships with donors.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with our mission.
• Manage donor relations and ensure timely communication.
• Plan and execute fundraising events, both virtual and in-person.
• Write grants and proposals to secure funding opportunities.
• Oversee campaign management and track progress.
• Maintain and manage fundraising databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize organic marketing techniques to promote campaigns and initiatives.
• Network with potential donors and community leaders.
• Communicate effectively to persuade and engage corporate stakeholders.
• Stay organized to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Strong skills in donor relations and event planning.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising strategy.
• Ability to manage campaigns and databases effectively.
• Proficient in organic marketing and networking.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
