Responsibilities
・ Drive inside and outside sales activities by converting incoming leads and proactively generating new business through outreach, community engagement, and networking.
・ Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products such as life, health, or property coverage.
・ Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
・ Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems.
・ Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.
・ Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients through targeted campaigns.
Experience
・ Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
・ Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey complex insurance concepts.
・ Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations better.
・ Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, and basic analysis skills for evaluating sales performance metrics.
・ Knowledge of insurance products across various lines of coverage is preferred; however, training will be provided for motivated candidates eager to learn.
・ Experience in telemarketing or benefits administration can be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Pay: $67,264.68 - $81,006.92 per year
