Transportation Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Transportation Coordinator, to join our growing team at our Chicago location.

Responsibilities

• Process customs documentation for import shipments including ocean import.
• Monitor ocean import regulations and compliances and keep updated.
• Manage CargoWise to streamline customs entry processes.
• Accomplish exceptional customer service quality by prompt handling with customer inquiries related to ocean import customs processes.
• Act as liaison between clients and customs authorities, to guarantee smooth process.
• Master with Microsoft Excel and CargoWise and maintain shipping records.
• Supervise real-time status of internal, external clients’ ocean shipments.
• Handle billings of ocean import customs duties, fees.
• Collaborate closely with finance department to reconcile billings and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• 2 years or more relevant experience preferred
• Bilingual (Chinese and English) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
