Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experience.
Experience working in both audit and tax preparation environments.
Active CPA license or currently CPA-eligible.
Audit, review, and compilation engagements.
Individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
Financial statement preparation and analysis.
Internal control testing and audit documentation.
Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities during busy seasons.
Local Phoenix candidates strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Perform audit, review, and compilation procedures for various clients.
Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Assist with financial statement preparation and audit workpapers.
Communicate with clients to collect financial information and resolve questions.
Support both audit and tax engagements throughout the year.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with professional accounting standards.
