About This Role
As the clinic’s Physical Therapist, you’ll be essential in reducing workplace injuries, improving mobility, preventing MSK claims, and guiding employees toward long-lasting movement health.
You’ll work as an integrated member of a collaborative prevention-focused team, not a standalone provider. This allows a deeper level of communication, coordinated care plans, and transformative results.

Nurse Practitioner
Medical Assistant
Health Coach
Strength Coach
Doctor of Physical Therapy (You!)
With daily collaboration, this team blends clinical care, lifestyle change, strength training, movement restoration, and coaching to improve the workforce’s health at every level.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality evaluation and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and movement limitations
Lead prevention-focused programs for early identification of risk factors
Collaborate with the strength coach to blend rehab-to-performance transitions
Guide employees through mobility, stability, strength, and ergonomic education
Partner with the NP and health coach on integrated care plans for chronic pain, metabolic issues, and lifestyle improvement
Participate in onsite screenings, movement audits, workplace ergonomic assessments, and health events
Deliver care without insurance constraints—longer sessions, no productivity metrics
Document efficiently and communicate proactively with the broader care team

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a PT who is:
Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Skilled in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care
Passionate about prevention, mobility restoration, and functional performance
Comfortable working collaboratively with strength coaches and medical providers
Experienced in active treatment approaches (manual therapy, corrective exercise, movement assessment, etc.)
Strong communicator, educator, and motivator
Eager to influence workplace health on a large scale
Background in any of the following is a plus:
Strength & conditioning

Return-to-work or industrial rehab
