Barista / Café Team Member — New Café Opening
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Expected Hours: 15–40 hours per week
Work Location: In person in Natomas CA
What You’ll Do

• Create an exceptional experience for every guest through warm, attentive and genuine hospitality
• Welcome guests, answer menu questions and help them select beverages and food items they will enjoy
• Prepare Haraz signature coffees, teas, espresso beverages and specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
• Prepare, warm, plate and serve pastries and food items according to Haraz procedures
• Take orders accurately, process payments and operate the point-of-sale system
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, allergen and proper food-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean, comfortable and welcoming café for every guest throughout the day
• Regularly clean and sanitize tables, counters, beverage stations, equipment, dishes, utensils, floors, restrooms and other assigned areas
• Clear tables, wash dishes, remove trash and keep customer-facing areas ready for incoming guests
• Restock cups, ingredients, food, supplies and merchandise as needed
• Assist with opening, closing and daily cleaning checklists
• Work efficiently and remain composed during busy periods
• Communicate clearly, take initiative and support teammates without needing constant direction
• Learn the stories, ingredients and preparation methods behind Haraz products so you can confidently guide guests
