As AZSA continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support cross-functional strategic initiatives and strengthen internal coordination.
Position Overview
The Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives will support the execution of organization-wide priorities by improving visibility into timelines, tracking key milestones, and ensuring follow-through across teams.
This role works closely with senior leadership and department leads to enhance coordination, maintain professional standards in external partnerships, and support overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, and action item lists across strategic initiatives
Support cross-team coordination to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Assist in preparing agendas and follow-up documentation for leadership meetings
Track progress on key organizational priorities
Support coordination related to major external partnerships
Identify and escalate potential risks or bottlenecks
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in project management, nonprofit coordination, consulting, or public sector roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional
Compensation
$50,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
