Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (40 hours/week)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and certified Medical Assistant with an X-Ray Technician Registration to join our occupational health team at a world-renowned aerospace manufacturing facility in Everett, WA. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic screenings, administer immunizations, and assist with employee health and wellness initiatives in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Assistant on our team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
・ Diagnostic & Screening Tests:Perform vision testing (acuity, color, depth perception) and audiometric testing; inform employees of recommended next steps.
・ Imaging:Perform X-rays within the scope of your Washington State registration.
・ Laboratory Services:Collect and prepare blood and urine specimens for internal and external analysis; conduct breath alcohol and urine drug screenings.
・ Ancillary Clinical Care:Check vital signs, administer immunizations, and perform ECGs and Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs).
・ Documentation & Admin:Provide discharge instructions, input data accurately into the corporate electronic medical record system, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
・ Equipment Maintenance:Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Qualifications & Requirements
What You MUST Have:
・ Licensure:Active Medical Assistant license/certification in accordance with Washington State regulations.
・ X-Ray Certification:Active WA State X-Ray Technician Registration isrequired. However, you can get this within a year of hire!
・ Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (previous occupational health experience is a major plus).
・ Tech Savviness:Proficiency with computers, including the ability to learn proprietary electronic medical records, Outlook, and navigate basic IT servers/SharePoints.
・ Communication:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
What We Will Help You Get (Preferred but NOT Required to Start):
・ CAOHC (Audiometric) & NIOSH (Spirometry/PFT) Certifications:We recognize most traditional MAs do not have these specific occupational health certifications. While they are preferred,we will waive this requirement at start.You will just need to obtain these certifications within 6 months to 1 year of your start date (based on class availability).
