We are seeking an experienced Implementation Supervisor II to support mid-to-large-scale migration and implementation projects involving single- and multi-site deployments.
This role is ideal for a strong Business/Functional Project Management professional with experience managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, customer implementations, and migration activities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage mid-to-large-scale implementation and migration projects
✅ Develop implementation models, deployment plans, schedules, and project timelines
✅ Coordinate cross-functional implementation teams and multiple workstreams
✅ Manage project status meetings, action items, communications, and reporting
✅ Work closely with Program Managers and business stakeholders
✅ Support User Acceptance Training and implementation readiness
✅ Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and outcomes
✅ Conduct post-implementation reviews, audits, and lessons-learned sessions
✅ Prepare weekly status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders
✅ Use project management tools to monitor and track project success
✅ Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations as required
🎯 Required Qualifications:
✔️ 10+ years of relevant professional experience
✔️ Strong project management and implementation experience
✔️ Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously
✔️ Strong business-side / functional project management background
✔️ Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
✔️ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✔️ PMP Certification strongly preferred
⭐ Candidates currently pursuing PMP or with PMP training may also be considered
✔️ Ability to work onsite in Fairdale, KY
✔️ Willingness to work overtime and weekends during migration activities when required
