Role Description

• Provide legal advice and representation in labor and employment matters, focusing on alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor laws and regulations.

• Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

• Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for dispute resolution.

Qualification

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in California.

• Strong knowledge of labor and employment law, particularly in ADR processes.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
