Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 1–2 years of experience providing direct patient care in hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, or clinical settings. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, performing wound care, assisting with admissions and discharges, collecting specimens, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs). Collaborates with registered nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans while ensuring compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols. Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a compassionate approach to delivering high-quality patient care.
