We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is remote and offers the opportunity to engage with customers and resolve their inquiries effectively.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer interactions using Customer Relationship Management systems.

• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customer issues.

• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales.

• Navigate call center software to log interactions and track data.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Manage your time effectively to handle a high volume of calls.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment.

• Strong skills in conflict resolution and sales techniques.

• Familiarity with call center software and data entry processes.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
