Business Development Representative

Studio E Events, a boutique event planning and decorating studio in NJ specializing in family events such as baby showers, engagements, and milestone celebrations, is seeking a Business Development Associate to grow our client pipeline. You'll drive outreach to prospective clients, build relationships with venues, florists, caterers, and other vendors, and develop referral partnerships across the region. Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and comfortable with cold outreach and relationship management. Experience in events, hospitality, or sales preferred but not required. Part-time/flexible hours, commission opportunities available.
