🚨 Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Permanent Position 🚨

💰 Salary: $28–$32/hour

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Weekend Rotation Required)

📅 Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time

✅ Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans

• Support patients in improving mobility and functional abilities

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Educate patients on prescribed exercises and rehabilitation techniques

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Graduate of an accredited PTA program

✔ Active Maryland PTA License

✔ Strong communication and patient care skills

✔ Previous clinical experience preferred
