Job Summary
Done and Done Pros LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to provide professional cleaning services at commercial properties. This position will perform general janitorial cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and other assigned maintenance duties.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, arrives on time, follows instructions, works efficiently, and maintains a professional attitude when working at client locations.
Essential Duties
Janitorial Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize offices, hallways, common areas, break rooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, fixtures, doors, and high-touch areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Refill restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  Floor Cleaning
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum various types of flooring.
• Perform routine floor scrubbing and other floor-care services.
• Safely operate vacuums, floor machines, and other cleaning equipment when required.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures for different floor surfaces.
• Report damaged flooring or maintenance concerns to management.
  Window Cleaning
• Clean interior and exterior commercial windows as assigned.
• Clean glass doors and other glass surfaces.
• Remove dirt, fingerprints, dust, and streaks.
• Properly use window-cleaning tools and equipment.
• Follow all required safety procedures when performing window-cleaning duties.
• Report damaged windows, screens, frames, or other issues to management.
  Additional Responsibilities
• Perform deep-cleaning and special cleaning projects when assigned.
• Assist with additional cleaning or property-maintenance tasks as needed.
• Properly use, clean, and store company equipment.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are needed.
• Follow company safety policies and client-specific instructions.
• Protect client property and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Communicate with supervisors, coworkers, and clients in a respectful and professional manner.
  Qualifications
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to safely use basic cleaning equipment and products.
  Physical Requirements
  This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling during the workday. Employees may work with cleaning chemicals and commercial cleaning equipment and must follow all required safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
