Role Title: SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Location: Remote

Contract: W2

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass solutions based on business requirements.

• Conduct workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Configure modules such as:

• Contingent Workforce Management

• Services Procurement (SOW)

• Worker Profile Management

• Assignment Management

• Time Sheets

• Expense Management

• Rate Management

• Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

• Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party systems.

• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on integrations.

• Support end-user training and create documentation.

• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.

• Expertise in:

• Contingent Workforce

• Services Procurement (SOW)

• Worker Lifecycle Management

• VMS and MPS

• Timesheets & Expenses

• Workflow Configuration

• Business Rules

• Experience with SAP Fieldglass integrations.

• Knowledge of:

• SAP S/4HANA

• SAP ECC

• SAP SuccessFactors

• SAP Ariba

• APIs, Web Services, XML

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
