Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Commercial Lines Account Manager – General Commercial / Nonprofit & Board-Facing Experience Preferred

We’re seeking a sharp Commercial Lines Account Manager with strong general commercial experience and a background supporting nonprofit clients. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with boards of directors, navigate multi‑stakeholder communication, and deliver polished, reliable service. You’ll manage a busy book, drive renewals, support producers, and work in EPIC or similar AMS.

What You’ll Do

• Manage general commercial accounts, including nonprofits and multi‑location risks

• Lead renewals, prep submissions, update values, and coordinate marketing

• Communicate effectively with boards, executive directors, and committees

• Review policies, endorsements, and coverage forms for accuracy

• Build proposals, summaries, and client‑ready materials

• Maintain carrier relationships and support placement strategy

• Handle certificates, endorsements, audits, and daily service tasks

• Keep clean, accurate documentation in EPIC (or AMS360/TAM/Sagitta)

What You Bring

• 3–7+ years commercial lines account management

• Experience working with nonprofits and comfort presenting to boards

• Confident with EPIC or similar systems

• Solid coverage knowledge across core P&C lines

• Excellent accuracy, follow‑through, and client communication

• Active P&C license
