This role focuses on ensuring that all AC/LC (Air Cooling / Liquid Cooling) systems operate effectively to provide a controlled, standardized environment that supports accurate and efficient testing.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee AI GPU board testing rooms, ensuring continuous operation and environmental stability.

  • Monitor and adjust AC/LC systems to maintain temperature, humidity, and airflow within required specifications.

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of environmental control hardware.

  • Collaborate with test engineering teams to ensure optimal cooling performance and test room readiness.

  • Diagnose and resolve system failures, alarms, and environmental deviations promptly.

  • Record maintenance activities and update documentation, logs, and reports.

  • Coordinate with facility teams, test engineers, and vendors to maintain high system uptime and reliability.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a testing, research, or manufacturing environment.

Required Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC concepts, including temperature control, airflow, and cooling fundamentals.

  • Ability to perform simple equipment checks, read gauges/meters, and monitor environmental parameters.

  • Basic understanding of AC/LC (Air Cooling / Liquid Cooling) systems or willingness to learn on the job.

  • Familiarity with basic hand tools (wrench, screwdriver, multimeter) for routine inspection and maintenance tasks.

  • Ability to follow SOPs, safety procedures, and technical instructions.

  • Basic computer literacy for updating logs, entering maintenance records, and checking monitoring dashboards.

  • Strong troubleshooting mindset—able to identify abnormal readings, unusual sounds, or environmental deviations.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with liquid cooling systems, coolant loops, pumps, or thermal management concepts.

  • Exposure to data center environments, server testing labs, or electronics manufacturing (internship or coursework acceptable).

  • Understanding of GPU servers, AI hardware, or computer components.

  • Experience using monitoring software, facility dashboards, or environmental control tools.

  • Ability to read simple technical diagrams, equipment labels, or wiring schematics.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliability fundamentals.

  • Strong teamwork mindset and ability to communicate with technicians, test engineers, and facility personnel.

Working Conditions

  • Standard office environment with occasional lab work.

  • The test room is a noisy environment; hearing protection and safety equipment will be provided.

  • Flexible schedule with occasional overtime during critical project phases.

  • Collaborative team setting with cross-functional interaction.
