You'll join a rapidly growing 15-attorney firm that's expanding into D.C. and California with serious upside potential. The base salary for this role is $175,000-$220,000. Top performers earn $350K-$400K+ with origination credit and you only need to bill 1,500 hours (not 2,000 like BigLaw).
