Picker/Packer

About This Role

We are looking for a reliable Picker/Packer to join our team. This hybrid position involves ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipping. You will play a key role in maintaining our inventory and upholding quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick and pack orders as per customer specifications.

• Utilize proper packing techniques to ensure product integrity during transit.

• Maintain inventory control by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

• Label products correctly for efficient shipping processes.

• Conduct quality assurance checks on items before dispatch.

• Follow shipping procedures to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

• Adhere to warehouse safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in order picking and packing is preferred.

• Familiarity with inventory control systems and shipping procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $4000 - $6000 per month.
