Job description

Company DescriptionHelm AI builds advanced “flight simulator” technology for strategic decision making, using agentic simulations to model population-scale human behavior. The platform helps organizations understand how customer decisions, corporate actions, and regulatory changes propagate through complex networks. By capturing cascading reactions at multiple levels, Helm AI enables leaders to test scenarios, anticipate outcomes, and make more informed decisions. The company focuses on high-impact, data-driven simulation tools that support decision makers in dynamic and uncertain environments.
Role DescriptionThe GTM Engineer internship is an on-site role based in Seattle, WA. In this position, the intern supports go-to-market initiatives by working closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams to translate Helm AI’s simulation capabilities into clear, compelling customer value. Day-to-day tasks may include building and refining demos and prototypes, integrating product features into GTM workflows, preparing technical materials for sales and marketing, and helping analyze customer and market feedback to inform product improvements. The intern will assist with data-driven evaluations of GTM experiments, maintain documentation and tooling used by customer-facing teams, and collaborate on technical enablement resources to support adoption. This internship is designed for individuals interested in the intersection of engineering, product, and business strategy.
Qualifications
・ Strong technical skills in software engineering or data engineering (e.g., experience with programming languages such as Python or TypeScript, APIs, and data pipelines).
・ Comfort working with data and analytics tools to support GTM experiments, customer insights, and product performance evaluation.
・ Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
・ Interest in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and how technical capabilities map to customer needs.
・ Effective written and verbal communication skills, including creating documentation, technical collateral, and internal knowledge resources.
・ Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, sales, and marketing.
・ Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
・ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
・ Interest in simulation, decision systems, or modeling complex networks is a plus.
