Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Workday Analyst to join our team. This is a fully remote position based in the United States. The ideal candidate will support, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM platform while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to improve business processes and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues.
- Gather business requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Support integrations, security roles, and business process configurations.
- Create reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
- Perform testing for system updates and new releases.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst or in Workday system administration.
- Experience with Workday HCM, reporting, business processes, and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday certification is a plus.
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) is preferred.
- Knowledge of HRIS and Payroll processes.
