Bartender

About This Role

As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your expertise in mixology and cocktail preparation will enhance the bar experience and keep our patrons coming back for more.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

• Operate bar equipment and maintain cleanliness and organization.

• Manage inventory and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

• Keep up to date with cocktail recipes and trends in mixology.

• This is a Hotel bartending position, you will need to follow brand guidelines and recipes.
• As sole bartender on shift, you will set up and close the bar each night you work.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of drink preparation and cocktail recipes.

• Experience in customer service and cash handling.

• Ability to operate bar equipment safely and efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Certification such as TNABC is a plus.

• Experience with Toast

• Our hourly wage is $6 per hour plus tips. With tips our bartenders average $12-18 per hour or more.
