Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the organization's accounting and financial operations. This individual will oversee consolidated financial reporting, accounting close processes, budgeting, cost accounting, ERP optimization, internal controls, compliance, and accounting team leadership. The Controller will partner closely with executive leadership to improve financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Close
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes.
Prepare, analyze, and distribute consolidated financial statements.
Complete monthly financial reporting by the 10th day of each month.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Maintain fixed asset depreciation schedules.
Manage inventory controls.
Conduct comparative financial analysis and budget variance reporting.
Oversee banking activities and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Cost Accounting & Budgeting
Build and improve cost accounting structures across all business units.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement cost improvements.
Develop, monitor, and report on budgetary controls.
Provide financial analytics supporting production, operations, budgeting, and cost management.

Continuously improve accounting processes, efficiency, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
