Senior Content Manager - Enterprise Content Management

8 Required Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
5 Required Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of business, technical, vendor, infrastructure, security, and executive stakeholders.
5 Required Experience managing third-party vendors, software implementation partners, or system integrators, including scope, deliverables, performance, and issue resolution.
5 Required Experience facilitating business requirements, planning activities, stakeholder engagement, and project governance throughout the project lifecycle.
5 Required Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
5 Required Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
3 Required Experience planning and coordinating testing, deployment, organizational change management, training, and production implementation activities.
1 Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
MANDATORY SKILLS
• Experience implementing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms.
• Experience with document management, workflow automation, and records management.
• Experience with document migration and enterprise content repositories.
• Experience with OpenText, Hyland OnBase, SharePoint, Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, or similar platforms.
