Warehouse Manager (Mandarin-Speaking Preferred)
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics functions. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for inventory control, order fulfillment, staff supervision, and ensuring warehouse efficiency, safety, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to optimize warehouse processes, and excellent coordination across departments. Mandarin-speaking is preferred to facilitate communication with our China-based teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage and lead the warehouse team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance performance and career growth.
Job Requirements

High school diploma or above; bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandarin-speaking preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
