Application Onboarding Analyst (IAM / SailPoint)

We are hiring an Application Onboarding Analyst (IAM / SailPoint) for a hybrid opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or application onboarding, with hands-on knowledge of SailPoint or similar Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with business and application owners to gather and document business and technical requirements, support application onboarding, manage access models, roles, and entitlements, and coordinate with IAM architects and technical teams to ensure successful implementation. The position also involves tracking onboarding progress, maintaining compliance and security standards, contributing to entitlement rationalization, leveraging Power Apps and SharePoint to improve onboarding workflows, and driving continuous process improvements. Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
