About This Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote position where you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectively.
What You'll Do
Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels.

What We're Looking For
An Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Strong skills in conflict resolution and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in data entry and call center software.
Experience in multi-channel communication, including phone and chat.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
