This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working across teams, managing multiple priorities, improving processes, and ensuring that day-to-day activities are completed efficiently.

The Global Operations Coordinator will play an important role in connecting people, processes, and operational activities across different functions and, where applicable, international locations and time zones. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Position Overview

As a Global Operations Coordinator, you will assist with coordinating operational activities, maintaining accurate records, monitoring workflows, supporting internal teams, and helping ensure that projects and daily operations remain on schedule.

You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and support the smooth execution of operational processes.

This position requires someone who can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Support communication and collaboration between internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized records, documentation, reports, databases, and operational information.

  • Monitor ongoing tasks, projects, and workflows and provide updates to relevant team members.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with operational planning when required.

  • Prepare routine reports, summaries, presentations, and other operational documents.

  • Assist with identifying operational challenges and support the implementation of practical solutions.

  • Follow established company procedures, policies, and operational standards.

  • Help improve internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting opportunities for improvement.

  • Coordinate information across different teams and ensure that important updates are communicated promptly.

  • Assist with onboarding, administrative coordination, and other team-support activities as assigned.

  • Track deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and help ensure that commitments are met.

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company, client, employee, or operational information.

  • Support special projects and other operational initiatives as directed by management.

  • Work effectively with colleagues across different locations, cultures, and time zones when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, International Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience in operations, administration, coordination, project support, customer service, or a related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.

  • Professional approach to working with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to take initiative, communicate clearly, follow through on responsibilities, and remain organized when managing multiple deadlines.

Experience working with international teams or across different time zones is an advantage. Multilingual ability may also be beneficial depending on the operational requirements of the position.
