Job description

Job Title: System Analyst – Supply Chain

Location: Cleveland, OH

Job Type: Contract (19 Months)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assignment Duration: 82 Weeks

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst – Supply Chain to support healthcare supply chain applications, system configuration, reporting, and vendor management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare IT experience with expertise in Lawson procurement systems and experience supporting enterprise applications within an Information Systems environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform item builds and configuration updates within the Lawson system.

  • Manage and maintain pricing information and updates in Lawson.

  • Support vendor management activities and system-related processes.

  • Develop and maintain reports to support business and operational needs.

  • Analyze system workflows and recommend process improvements.

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.

  • Assist with application optimization and ongoing system support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 7–10 years of healthcare experience required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working within an Information Systems department.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and workflows.

  • Experience with application support, analysis, and reporting.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lawson Procurement Module.

  • Experience with OnBase.

  • Experience with Epic OpTime.

  • Previous healthcare supply chain systems experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative office and technology environment.
