Campus & Community BD Specialist

About the Role

ABFinance is hiring Campus & Community BD Specialists across the United States.

In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to expand ABFinance's presence among university students and local communities. You will help build strategic partnerships, grow our campus ambassador network, and drive user acquisition initiatives on the ground.


Key Responsibilities

Campus Ambassador Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors at target universities across the US

  • Build a high-performing ambassador network that promotes ABFinance within student communities

  • Support ambassadors with training, resources, and growth initiatives


Community & Partnership Development

  • Establish partnerships with student organizations, university clubs, and local communities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with community leaders and influencers

  • Secure at least 5 new community partnerships per month


User Growth & Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support local user acquisition initiatives and growth campaigns

  • Organize and host campus workshops, networking events, and educational sessions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute ABFinance's student and community GTM strategy


Market Insights & Feedback Collection

  • Collect student feedback, market insights, and community trends

  • Track ambassador and partnership performance metrics

  • Provide recommendations to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Share user insights with Product, Marketing, and Business teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Open to both domestic and international students studying in the US

  • Strong interest in fintech, digital assets, technology, startups, or community building

  • Experience in student leadership, community building, event organization, business development, or partnerships is highly preferred

  • Existing campus network or community connections are a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable speaking with students, community leaders, and external partners

  • Experience creating social media content is a plus

  • Self-starter with strong ownership and execution capabilities
