Fund Finance Associate Attorney $235K-$350K

Amlaw 100 firm's Finance & Banking practice group is seeking an Associate to support the firm’s Fund Finance practice, representing leading financial institutions and fund sponsors in a broad range of financing transactions across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and other alternative asset classes. Candidates may be based in our San Diego, Charlotte, or Washington, DC office locations.

Candidates should have at least two years of finance experience at a law firm, with a demonstrated interest in fund finance preferred. Candidates in the 4+ year range are expected to have substantial, direct fund finance experience to be considered at their current class level.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they reside.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $350,000 dependent on years of experience.
