Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Somerset, PA 15501

Shift: Shift - Float Position - 8-hour shifts. The float can work up to two different shifts in two weeks. Every other weekend off. They must expect to work major holidays.

Job Overview

The CNA will support nursing and clinical staff in providing direct care and assistance to residents/patients while maintaining safety, dignity, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living.

  • Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and personal care needs.

  • Observe and report changes in patient/resident condition to nursing staff.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.

  • Follow established care plans, policies, and infection-control procedures.

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to support quality patient care.


Qualifications

  • Active/valid CNA certification as required for the assignment.

  • Ability to work the scheduled Float - 8-hour shifts.

  • Ability to perform the essential responsibilities of a CNA position.

  • Relevant healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred.
