Position Overview
The Senior Director, Solutions & Partnerships is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and delivery of Proximiti’s safety service offerings. This role oversees the development of new safety solutions, forges strong client partnerships, and ensures best-in-class service delivery across our portfolio of safety programs, site staffing, consulting engagements, and field operations.
The Senior Director will serve as the face of Proximiti Safety Group with major external partners while also ensuring internal alignment across operations, staffing, training, and clinical partners within the OccuMedX ecosystem.
This is a senior leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Division Growth
Lead the strategic direction, growth, and P&L performance of the Proximiti Safety Services division.
Identify, design, and launch new safety service lines, programs, and packaged solutions.
Drive market expansion across construction, industrial, healthcare, logistics, and owner-operator sectors.
Build and manage a multi-state portfolio of safety programs and long-term client relationships.
Partnership Management & Business Development
Serve as the primary relationship executive for key clients, partners, and general contractors.
Lead high-value pursuits, proposal development, and partnership agreements.
Create and execute partnership strategies with national GCs, insurance carriers, brokers, and developers.
Represent Proximiti at industry events, conferences, and executive-level forums.
Operational Excellence & Field Delivery
Oversee the design, deployment, and quality of all field safety operations, site safety managers, and consultants.
Ensure operational consistency and standardization across project sites, including SOPs, training, QA/QC, and reporting.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing safety teams and regional leaders.

Qualifications
Required
Experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or client leadership roles.
Strong operational and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence when engaging with clients and partners.
Preferred
Experience within large general contracting, industrial construction, or safety staffing environments.
Experience working within a fast-growing, multi-entity organization.
Demonstrated track record managing multi-state safety teams or programs.
