Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Sales Intern, requiring approximately 2–4 hours per week. The Sales Intern will support outreach to parents and educational partners, including responding to inquiries, following up with leads, and helping nurture relationships through email, social media, and other channels. Responsibilities include assisting with sales pipeline tracking, updating contact records, and preparing basic reports on outreach activities and conversion metrics. The intern will help present Kelly Tutors’ programs clearly and persuasively, answer questions about offerings, and direct prospects to appropriate classes or services. The role may also involve supporting online info sessions or trainings, gathering feedback from families, and suggesting improvements to sales messaging and materials.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage families in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.

  • Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management, including comfort with outreach, follow-up, and basic pipeline tracking.

  • Ability to support Training-related activities, such as assisting with informational sessions or helping refine scripts and FAQs.

  • Comfort working in a remote environment, including reliable internet access and basic proficiency with online communication and CRM or spreadsheet tools.

  • Demonstrated interest in education, youth programs, entrepreneurship, or edtech; prior experience in tutoring, camps, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a small, consistent weekly time commitment (2–4 hours) with minimal supervision.


Commitment

  • 2–3 hours/week (you control your schedule)

  • Unpaid — this internship is structured for educational credit eligibility and portfolio development

  • Signed internship agreement required before starting


This is an unpaid educational training program with Kelly Tutors LLC for current/recent students/graduates and/or non-US residents. There is no expectation of compensation or future employment. You will gain weekly 1-on-1 mentorship with the founder, real portfolio work, a professional recommendation letter, and hands-on experience building a growing education brand.
