Salary: $37,300/Year + Benefits
**Relocation Reimbursement:** $750 will be provided

Family: Married couples can bring up to 2 children under 18 | Single persons – no children

🏡 Core Responsibilities


Care for up to 10 children in a private home setting – boys or girls, ages 5–18.

1. Build & maintain positive, healthy relationships with students

2. Supervise and engage in daily home life and activities

3. Serve as a moral, ethical, and spiritual role model

4. Participate in resident team meetings

5. Support spiritual development in a non-denominational setting

6. Administer and manage medications and health needs

7. Maintain home cleanliness, safety, and order

💼 Home Management Duties


1. Maintain accurate home logs, reports, & budgets

2. Oversee household inventories and supply requests

3. Ensure nutritious meals/snacks and supervise food prep

4. Monitor property upkeep (interior + exterior)

5. Coordinate holidays, birthdays, and special events

6. Organize and manage resident travel logistics

1. Experience with Childcare (preferred but highly valued)

2. High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's in related field = bonus)

3. Valid Driver's License
