We are a fast-growing AI healthcare startup building intelligent agents that automate the healthcare recruiting lifecycle—from candidate screening and interviews to license verification and job offers.

We’re hiring Senior Full-Stack Engineers (3–5+ years) who are backend-leaning, highly hands-on, and comfortable owning greenfield products end-to-end. You’ll work directly with the founding team, ship rapidly, and build systems designed to scale from thousands to millions of candidate interactions.

What You'll Build

• Own zero-to-one products across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and APIs.

• Build scalable, high-throughput distributed systems for production workloads.

• Develop end-to-end applications using TypeScript and Python.

• Design and operate serverless AWS infrastructure.

• Improve reliability, observability, monitoring, and system performance.

• Work directly with the founding team and Director of Engineering with high autonomy.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.

• Strong TypeScript expertise across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

• Strong Python foundation.

• Proven experience building and scaling distributed, high-throughput production systems.

• 2+ years at an early-stage, VC-backed startup (Series A or earlier strongly preferred).

• Experience with production observability, monitoring, reliability, and mission-critical systems.

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.

• Comfortable working across the stack rather than specializing exclusively in one layer.

• Based in NYC or able to relocate and work in-office Monday–Thursday.

Nice to Have

• Experience at a leading technology company or high-growth startup such as Stripe, Ramp, or similar.

• Production experience building AI/ML applications, LLM-powered products, or ML pipelines.

• Experience with AWS, serverless architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
