Title: Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist

Duration: 3-month contract

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 4 hours/day (20 hours/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to support a project focused on optimizing supply chain processes and documentation. In this contract role, you will leverage your logistics expertise to review, analyze, and improve supply chain documentation and workflows while contributing to process optimization initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and validate logistics documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers for accuracy and compliance.

  • Develop and maintain sample logistics documentation that reflects industry best practices.

  • Evaluate supply chain workflows and recommend process improvements based on operational experience.

  • Provide detailed feedback on logistics processes, documentation, and operational scenarios.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and communicate logistics concepts effectively.

  • Participate in quality assurance activities by validating supply chain data and documentation.

  • Assist in creating documentation and resources aligned with current logistics and supply chain standards.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong knowledge of logistics documentation, including:

    • Packing Lists

    • Bills of Lading

    • Inventory Registers

  • Deep understanding of supply chain operations and workflows.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail with experience reviewing and creating logistics documentation.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.

  • Knowledge of global supply chain operations and international logistics practices.

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Experience across multiple supply chain environments or industries.

  • Ability to explain technical logistics concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven experience implementing logistics or supply chain process improvements.
