Education
- Undergrad CS degree from top 30 universities in US/CAN - no bootcamps
Miscellaneous
- Some indication of excellence: whether that be coming from a top US/CAN school, excelling at a reputable startup, or having other standout accomplishments
- In-person: pumped to work in-person in SF 5 days per week.

- 1 - 5 years of experience back-end/full-stack software engineer. Must be able to work independently without much guidance.
Work experience
- Startup focused: recent experience at small (Seed to Series D) tech startup OR explicitly interested in joining a startup.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS)
