Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive After Sales Customer Service Specialist to manage after-sales support and parts inventory. This role will handle customer inquiries, process parts shipments, maintain the after-sales parts warehouse, and coordinate with the main warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, basic inventory management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. Mandarin-speaking is preferred to support communication with overseas teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle after-sales customer inquiries by phone or email, identifying their needs and providing timely solutions.
• Process after-sales parts orders, including packaging, labeling, and arranging shipments.
• Maintain the after-sales parts warehouse, ensuring items are organized, labeled, and stocked appropriately.
• Coordinate with the main warehouse team for stock replenishment, returns, and urgent shipments.
• Track and update parts inventory in the system, ensuring accurate records.
• Communicate with suppliers or internal teams regarding parts availability and delivery schedules.
• Assist in warranty claim processing when parts replacement is required.
• Support other after-sales administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or above; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, warehouse, or after-sales support preferred (entry-level candidates considered).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred for coordination with China-based teams.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and move parts or packages as required to complete daily tasks.
