Active license to practice law in Virginia
Maryland and/or D.C. admission is a plus
3–5 years of civil litigation and trial experience
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

You won't spend years sitting behind a senior attorney. From the beginning, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your cases, work directly with clients, and gain meaningful courtroom experience.
Attorneys regularly:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Develop litigation strategy and manage their own caseloads
Take and defend depositions
