Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Delivery Lead with a strong background in SAP FICO and ABAP to lead an SAP delivery team from the client's Miami office.

This is primarily a senior SAP delivery and client leadership position. Strong SAP FICO and ABAP knowledge is essential to provide the technical credibility needed to effectively lead the delivery team and engage with the client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project leadership, client communication, delivery management, escalation management, and coordination across SAP teams.

This position is fully on-site in Miami, FL. Local candidates are preferred. Candidates outside the Miami area must be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP delivery team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Work directly with the client to provide project updates, understand requirements, and manage expectations.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Handle escalations and critical issues and drive them through to resolution.
• Coordinate FICO, ABAP, and other SAP teams to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, milestones, and deadlines.
• Identify potential delivery issues and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client leadership.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the SAP delivery organization.
• Support end-to-end SAP delivery activities and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Requirements

• Approximately 20 years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on or technical background in SAP FICO and ABAP.
• Proven experience leading SAP delivery teams.
• Strong experience as an SAP Project Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar senior leadership role.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing escalations, critical issues, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to manage teams, project delivery, timelines, risks, resources, and client expectations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP implementation and delivery processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
• Experience managing large or complex SAP programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes and ABAP technical environments.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a client-facing leadership role.

Compensation

$80.00–$85.00 per hour
