Customs Entry Specialist

We are currently seeking a Full-time Customs Entry Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily inbound shipments and AMS/ACAS status

• Communicate with and ensure release of the freight from air carriers

• Attain all required documents for customs clearance in ABI timely

• Verify entry documents validity such as commercial invoice/packing list etc.

• Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to the appropriate parties (U.S. Customs, agents, clients) in order to ensure they are in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to customs and transportation.

• Other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred;

• 1-3 years’ experience in Customs Brokerage or related fields

• Entry-Level is welcomed

• Detail oriented; strong organizational and follow-through skills

• Ability to operate in a time-sensitive environment

• Experience with Harmonized Tariff Schedule is preferred

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must

• Master with Microsoft office application

Pay: $20.00 per hour
