Outside Sales Consultant

Passanante’s Home Food Service has been delivering premium meats, seafood, and organic vegetables directly to families’ homes for over 100 years. We are a fourth-generation family company committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

We are expanding and looking for a motivated, driven sales professional with leadership potential to join our team. This is not just another sales role. We are looking for someone who can eventually step into a management position and help lead an office to success.

The right candidate must first prove they can master our in-home sales process, build relationships with customers, and drive revenue personally before transitioning into leadership responsibilities.

What Does the Role Look Like?:

• Meet with customers in their homes through pre-set consultation appointments

• Learn and execute our proven in-home sales process

• Build rapport and create customized food packages for families

• Generate revenue through relationship-based consultative selling

• Learn recruiting, hiring, and team development strategies

• Work directly with upper management on leadership training

• Eventually assist with hiring, training, motivating, and retaining sales representatives

• Help drive office production, revenue growth, and team performance

Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for someone with strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a high level of personal drive. Sales experience is preferred, but management, recruiting, coaching, or leadership experience is a huge plus.

Compensation:

• Commission Structure

• Base added if promoted to Manager

• First Year Potential: $75,000–$100,000+

• Leadership compensation opportunities available with advancement

• Health / Dental / 401K if promoted to Manager

• Some evenings and weekends required
