Compensation: Approximately $52/ Hr. Commission-Only + Day 1 Residuals (Base pay options available upon promotion)

  The Role
  As a Junior Agent, your core objective is to serve as the team's lead appointment setter and client nurturer. You will work closely with senior leadership to introduce our solutions to local dealership decision-makers, build client relationships, and lay the groundwork for your own long-term book of business.
  Key Responsibilities:
• Work daily with your upper leadership to meet goals and criteria for the position, listen, learn, observe, and practice, to advance.
• You will engage local dealership owners and decision-makers to explain our value proposition.
• Log the activities into our CRM, and report weekly progress to upper leadership.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage daily pipeline interactions.
• Actively participate in weekly team trainings and hybrid field/office activities, ask questions, take notes, compete, excel and THRIVE.
  Who We Are Looking For Requirements:
• Licensing: Active Florida 215 Life & Health License.
• Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in insurance or financial services.
• Work Arrangement: Ability to work in a hybrid capacitv (In-Office, Field Work, and Remote) in Orlando Florida. services.
