About MeeBoss

MeeBoss is a chat-first recruiting platform connecting employers and job seekers through a conversational, mobile-native experience. We serve two core markets: tech SMBs in major US metros and healthcare organizations. We're at the 0-to-1 stage, moving fast, and building the team that will define how recruiting works in the next decade.

The Role

We're looking for a builder. Someone who has done this before, is restless about growth, and wants to own the full funnel from awareness to activation at a company where your decisions actually matter. You'll be the first dedicated growth hire, reporting directly to the CEO, and working across product, sales, and marketing to drive user acquisition and engagement on both sides of our marketplace.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage agencies and review decks. You'll be in the weeds, running experiments, spending budget with conviction, and building the growth engine from scratch.

What You'll Own

•       Define and execute our growth strategy across both sides of the marketplace — employer acquisition (B2B) and job seeker growth (B2C)

•       Own and manage performance marketing campaigns with a $10M+ budget mindset — paid social, search, and marketplace-specific channels

•       Build and optimize acquisition funnels end-to-end, from ad creative to landing page to onboarding

•       Work closely with product to identify and remove activation friction — growth and product are the same thing here

•       Partner with the sales team to align demand gen with outbound, and make sure leads are the right leads

•       Establish the data infrastructure and KPIs needed to measure what's working and kill what isn't

•       Test, learn, and iterate fast — bring a hypothesis-driven mindset to everything

What We're Looking For

Entrepreneurial Spirit

•       You think like a founder, not a department head

•       Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and zero hand-holding

•       Excited by the 0-to-1 challenge — you want to build, not maintain

Marketplace Experience

•       You've worked on a two-sided marketplace platform before and understand the unique dynamics of growing both supply and demand simultaneously

•       You know what it means to balance unit economics across both sides

Performance Marketing Expertise

•       Hands-on experience managing $10M+ in paid media budgets

•       Deep experience in B2B-focused performance marketing — you know how to reach employers, HR decision-makers, and hiring managers

•       Proficient across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), and programmatic channels

•       You've run campaigns for marketplace or SaaS platforms, not just e-commerce

Product & Sales Intuition

•       You can read a funnel and know exactly where to look for leverage

•       You understand how sales and marketing need to be tightly connected at an early-stage B2B company

•       Bonus: experience working closely with product teams on activation and retention, not just top-of-funnel

Analytical & Data-Driven

•       You make decisions with data, not opinions

•       Comfortable building dashboards, defining growth metrics, and presenting to leadership

Requirements

•       Must have valid US work authorization — no sponsorship available at this time

•       Based in or willing to work in US time zones

•       7+ years of growth or performance marketing experience

•       At least one role at a two-sided marketplace or platform business

•       Track record of managing and optimizing $10M+ in annual paid media spend

•       Experience with B2B acquisition — understanding the employer / decision-maker persona
