TikTok Host and Model – Plus Size Women's Fashion

We are looking for an engaging and charismatic TikTok Livestream Host to represent our plus-size women’s fashion line, ranging from sizes 12-28 (1XL-5XL). This role involves hosting live shopping events on TikTok, focusing exclusively on plus-size women’s fashion products. The ideal candidate has a dynamic on-camera presence, is passionate about plus-size fashion, and is excited to connect with viewers to drive sales through engaging live interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Hosting & Product Showcasing:
• Host regular live shopping events on TikTok, presenting plus-size fashion items in an engaging and personable manner.
• Emphasize key features, benefits, and unique selling points of plus-size clothing items, connecting with an audience who values style, comfort, and inclusivity.
• Use a friendly, conversational approach to build rapport with viewers, encouraging participation and interaction.
• Be knowledgeable about the products and prepared to answer questions or provide live demonstrations as needed.
• Audience Engagement & Interaction:
• Respond to comments, address product questions, and engage in discussions to keep viewers involved.
• Encourage audience participation through giveaways, polls, and other interactive elements to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Promote urgency by highlighting limited-time offers or exclusive product launches during livestreams.
• Brand Representation & Ambassadorship:
• Act as a relatable, authentic representative of our plus-size fashion brand, aligning with our voice and values.
• Maintain a warm and professional demeanor to help viewers connect with both the products and the brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Content Creation & Pre-Livestream Preparation:
• Work closely with the content team to plan and shoot promotional content that will be posted ahead of each livestream.
• Assist in creating talking points and a livestream agenda to ensure smooth, focused events.
• Partner with stylists and set designers to present a visually appealing livestream that showcases the plus-size collection.
• Post-Livestream Analysis & Feedback:
• Work with the e-commerce team to review each livestream's performance, including viewer engagement, sales, and customer feedback.
• Share insights and feedback to refine future livestreams and maximize conversions.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, plus-size fashion, and consumer behavior to keep content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Previous experience as a livestream host, influencer, or public speaker, especially in plus-size fashion or live selling.
• Proven on-camera presence with an engaging and approachable personality.
• E-commerce or live-selling experience on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to create excitement around products and engage viewers.
• Knowledge or passion for plus-size women’s fashion.
• Comfort with live interactions, maintaining energy and adapting to real-time changes.
• Basic understanding of livestream production elements (lighting, sound, and video quality).
• Soft Skills:
• Charismatic, relatable, and camera-confident, with a natural ability to entertain and inform.
• Enthusiasm for plus-size fashion, with the ability to convey that passion to viewers.
• Organized, flexible, and able to prepare and follow a structured agenda while staying spontaneous.
• Location & Availability:
• Must be available to work on-site in Culver City, CA.
• Flexibility to host livestreams during evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a brand ambassador or spokesperson in plus-size fashion.
• A strong personal social media following on TikTok or other platforms.
• Familiarity with social media trends and influencer marketing within plus-size fashion.
