FREELANCE VIDEO EDITOR — REAL ESTATE & COMMUNITY CONTENT

Diverse Realty Group is looking for a creative, reliable freelance video editor to turn our recorded footage into engaging, high-impact content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and our website.

Our content includes:

• Home and property tours

• Neighborhood and community spotlights

• Interviews and client stories

• Real estate education and market updates

• Short-form social media videos

• Longer YouTube videos

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content

• Create attention-grabbing openings and maintain strong pacing

• Produce vertical short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Edit occasional longer-form YouTube videos and property tours

• Add captions, music, transitions, graphics, and basic branding

• Repurpose longer recordings into multiple short clips when appropriate

• Format and export videos for each social media platform

• Make reasonable revisions based on feedback

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to be part of a large agency or have years of professional experience. We care most about creativity, good judgment, reliability, and your ability to tell a compelling story through video.

The ideal person:

• Understands what makes short-form content engaging

• Has experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software

• Can create clean captions and tasteful graphics

• Understands current YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook video formats

• Communicates clearly and meets agreed-upon deadlines

• Is comfortable working independently as a freelance contractor

• Has an interest in real estate, local businesses, or community storytelling

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Freelance/independent contractor position

• Part-time and primarily remote

• Starting budget of up to $200 per week

• Weekly deliverables and turnaround times will be agreed upon in advance

• Workload may vary depending on the length and complexity of each project

• Opportunity for additional work and increased compensation as our content program grows
