Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team at OnStak Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data to support our operations and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into systems accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Review and verify data for discrepancies and correct errors.

  • Organise and maintain data files and records.

  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with data management software.
